The program
The audit tells you where you stand with the machines. The program decides what your company does about it: which buying situations you will own in AI answers, what must never be wrong about you there, who in your organisation owns it from now on, and what to buy once assistants sell placement. The first 30 days, from €2,900. What stays open after that can continue with us, month by month.

Where to be available
The strategy decision. Which buying situations you will own in AI answers and which you will concede, based on your measured share per situation and the sources that feed each one. This is the category entry point logic of evidence-based marketing, applied to the AI layer. Output: a one-page availability strategy that leadership signs.
What must be true about you
The facts decision. The claims assistants get wrong, the sources they come from, and the single source of truth that fixes them: prices, products, entity records. Output: a fact governance rule set, and the corrections shipped.
Who owns AI answers
The operating model. In most companies nobody owns what AI says about them. The program installs the owner, the monthly ritual and the data pipeline, structured data, feeds, corrections, so the numbers keep moving after we leave. Output: roles, cadence, checklist.
What to buy
Paid placement, when it opens. Ads already run in Google's AI answers, Copilot and Perplexity; ChatGPT is opening to advertisers. We aim placement at the situations the audit shows as open, with your budget, and measure paid and earned on one scale so nobody confuses the two.
Why this is an operations project, not only a marketing one
The AI layer is the first channel where the machine reads your operations directly: your prices, your availability, your product data, your help pages. When those disagree with each other, assistants repeat the disagreement to your buyers. Fixing that is as much about process as about content, which is why the program ends with an operating model, not a content calendar.
The first 30 days
The aim is simple: get as much of the audit done in the first month as the findings allow. Fast items ship inside the window. Slow assets, a place in the machines' memory above all, get an owner, a plan and a first measurable step.
Week 1
Decide. One working session with leadership and marketing over the audit: situations to own, facts to fix, owner named. The plan is frozen at the end of the week.
Week 2
Build. Fact governance rules, the data pipeline, ready-to-send material for the sources that feed your category. Fixed-scope sprints from us where your team lacks hands.
Week 3
Ship. Your team and agencies execute; we steer, unblock and verify each item against the audit's evidence.
Week 4
Close and decide what continues. Every item has an owner, a status and a date, or a documented blocker. Leadership gets one page: what shipped, what moved, what stays open, and how it continues.
After the first month
Some of what the audit finds takes months, and some of it never ends: keeping facts consistent everywhere assistants read, earning presence in the sources that feed your category, running paid placement as platforms open. At the day-30 review we agree together how it continues. Your team can take it from there with a quarterly re-measurement from us, we can keep steering the open items, or we can manage whole activities for you, paid placement and fact upkeep among them, where you would rather delegate than build the capability in-house. Scope and pace follow what the first month showed; there is no package to choose in advance.
