Working draft, version August 2026. Deliberately short: we sell to businesses, and we would rather be clear than long.

Who we are

Kesterley is the trading name of Martin Dráb, sole trader registered in the Czech Republic, ID 03852113, VAT CZ8910091751, registered office Parléřova 537/17, 169 00 Prague 6. Contact: the contact form.

What we sell

The services described on this site: the Audit (a fixed-scope measurement report) and the Program (advisory: a prioritized plan, steering, optional fixed-scope sprints and quarterly re-measurement). All deliverables are digital. We sell to businesses only, not to consumers.

Ordering and delivery

You order by card checkout, through the form, or by email. For card orders the contract is made at successful payment; for invoice orders when we confirm your order in writing. The Audit is delivered within 5 business days of the order (payment or confirmation), provided we have the inputs the checkout or form asks for. Program terms are agreed in writing.

Price and payment

Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT. Card orders are paid at checkout; a proper invoice follows with delivery. Invoice orders are invoiced with delivery, payable within 5 days by bank transfer. For VAT-registered clients in other EU countries the reverse charge mechanism applies and VAT is not charged on the invoice; the client accounts for VAT in their own country. For clients outside the EU, Czech VAT is not charged. Where Czech VAT applies, it is charged on the invoice.

What you get and what we promise

You get the measurement and analysis described on the site, produced under our published methodology. We measure public AI systems that we do not control. We therefore do not promise any ranking, visibility level or business outcome, and we do not refund a report because its findings were not what you hoped for; the deliverable is the measurement itself. If we fail to deliver what the order describes, we will fix it or refund the affected fee.

Use of the report

The report is for your internal business use, including sharing with your agencies and advisors. The methodology, the engine and our templates remain ours. We may use anonymized, non-identifying aggregates from engagements to improve the methodology; we never publish your report or name you as a client without written consent.

Liability

Our total liability under an engagement is capped at the fees you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for decisions you make based on the report or for the behavior of third-party AI systems.

The rest

These terms are governed by Czech law; disputes belong to the Czech courts. We may update these terms; the version linked at the time of your order applies. Personal data: see the privacy notice.
