Short on purpose. We collect very little.

Who: Martin Dráb, sole trader, ID 03852113, Parléřova 537/17, 169 00 Prague 6, Czech Republic, trading as Kesterley, is the data controller.

What and why: When you use a form on this site, we process what you type into it (typically name, work email, company, your message or order details) to reply to you and to deliver what you ordered. The legal basis is performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. When you subscribe to report notifications, we use your email to send them, until you tell us to stop.

What we do not do: This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no profiling. Our analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) is cookie-less and aggregated; it does not identify you. If you arrive from a campaign link, its reference is kept in your browser for the duration of your visit only, so we know which campaign an order or enquiry came from. Our measurements analyze brands and public AI systems, not people.

Who helps us: The site is hosted by Vercel; form emails are delivered through a transactional email provider; our mailbox runs on Google Workspace. These providers process data on our behalf under their standard data processing terms.

How long: Enquiries and orders are kept as long as needed to serve you and to meet Czech accounting and tax obligations; notification subscriptions until you unsubscribe.

Your rights: You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to processing, and complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ). Just write to us.
